Refunds & Returns

At St. Athletica, your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Store credits do not expire.

Should you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us right away and we will happily provide an exchange or refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, we must receive the unused item in original packaging and condition within 30 days. Tags must be attached.

Please note: Returns that are damaged or not in original saleable condition will incur a 20% deduction from the store credit as a handling fee. Examples include items returned with stains, pet hair, etc.

Shipping

So you have placed an order?

First, expect an email confirming your order. Your order number will start with #1.

Next, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This means your order is on its way! You may also get emails from our delivery partners as your package gets closer to you.

We try to ship all orders within 1 business day. However, shipping times depend on order volumes. During busy sales, shipping can take up to 10 business days. If there are any issues fulfilling your order, we will let you know by email.

Our standard deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days to metropolitan areas, while express shipments generally take 1-2 days after dispatch.

For orders destined for rural locales, please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery.

We pride ourselves on swiftly processing each purchase, however, timing is contingent on current order volumes. Should your not recieve you parcel within the projected timeframe, kindly contact us at hello@stathletica.com and we will promptly investigate.

Please note that while your shipment is in the care of our hand-picked couriers, St. Athletica cannot assume responsibility for any missing, redirected or stolen. We also regret that we cannot offer replacements or refunds in such rare cases. Rest assured your package is our priority until it leaves our doors.

When ordering internationally, your shipment will be sent through Auspost International. Packages may encounter slight delays going through customs based on your country's import policies. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by customs procedures, but have no control over country-specific fees or policies.

St. Athletica is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed, or undelivered packages once handed over to the shipping carrier. We also cannot offer refunds or replacements in these situations.

Please note: if payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to Elite Eleven and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

During major sales, warehouse processing and dispatch may take up to 10 business days. We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible even during busy periods.

On occasion, delivery of your parcel may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please reach out to us at hello@stathletica.com so we can investigate and do our best to expedite delivery.

Unfortunately, St. Athletica cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, incorrectly addressed shipments, or offer refunds or replacements in these situations after the parcel leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our goal is always to get your purchase to you in a timely manner.

Mistakes happen. Please email us at hello@stathletica as soon as possible with your correct mailing address and we will amend the order. If the package has already been shipped, then you will need to contact AusPost to arrange redirection.

No problems, we ship to PO boxes domestically and internationally!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, you can. Just enter in both codes at checkout.

Once the order is confirmed, it is then automatically
processed. Therefore once the order is confirmed it cannot be canceled. The purchase can however be returned, please see our returns policy for further
information.
